Is this a dummy website set up to support the phish email:
from: RTS-soft Co but really: inniss@potomachospital.com?
If this is a real company, (which I doubt, since there is no email address anywhere on this site) someone (inniss@potomachospital.com) is using your name to send emails that trick people into losing a lot of money.

I am used to getting scam letters like this from Nigeria but this is the first one I've seen from Ukraine!
I assume it's not you, but someone's using your name for scamming.

I am Igor Lapko, CEO of RTS-Ukraine or Ukrainian-Russian Joint Stock Company Real Time Systems Ukraine with foreign investments (www.rts.ua) .
RTS(R) is the registered trademark of RTS-Ukraine.
RTS-Soft (TM) - is a name of dedicated division of RTS-Ukraine, as you may find at this site.
We have never heard about both Mr. Poroshenko and RTS-Soft Co in Ukraine before and we have no relations with them even if they really exists.
I believe it is either misunderstandings or even scam.
I would be grateful if someone continue to inform us about this case.
